Rated 4.3 out of 5 by by Audioears HD remote garage door opener I purchased a brand new 2016 FLTRUSE with the remote garage door opener. What a great idea, right? I don't need a remote opener in the tour back anymore, which isn't convenient anyway. I set up the HD opener as instructed in the operation manual. Guess what? It doesn't open my garage door. What a bummer! Apparently it won't operate a Liftmaster garage door opener. Just thought you should know if you have a Liftmaster garage door opener and were thinking about purchasing this product. Do I get a new garage door opener? I'm thinking so. February 14, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Bamadog COMPATIBILITY ISSUES not disclosed FYI, the receiver is NOT compatible with some garage door openers which is not shown here in the item description nor in the installation instructions. After speaking with HD service dept, we couldn't figure it out. Then I happen to look at the cardboard box it was shipped in, and it says "NOT compatible with Chamberlain, Liftmaster, Sears garage door openers." There was 1-2 more in the list but I don't recall what they were. Genie was NOT one of them - so Genie should work. Anyway, I'm sure the device would work fine had I had a compatible GDO, so I'm not going to give it a bad review. However, the product details on the website here AND in the main instructions should have this incompatibility information instead of only having it on the box and it's in your hands. This had to be special-ordered, so there was no way to know beforehand. Hope this helps others. February 8, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by CmitchWishart Easiest to use! With easy installation and security, the garage door opener is the easiest to use. Just flash the light from low to high or high to low beams and the door opens or closes. Anyone with automatic garage door and motorcycles should have this product. April 28, 2015

Hmm, Well i had said this earlier, But though i was retarded... lol. It MAY be the Grease lining the track, I didnt think grease could freeze, but im sure anything is possible... If not that then I have no clue, Maybe call the installers and have them come look at it.
Check to see if your sensors are working first. It is possible they are misaligned. Check fr a broken spring on the door.
Good luck.
