Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Mary Easy to Program When I tried to reprogram my old garage door remote, I tried over and over, and the darn thing wouldn't reprogram. I decided to just try a new one. I bought this one based on the reviews. It was very easy to set up and program. It worked on the first try. I have a Craftsman garage door opener, and it is compatible with it. I have only had the remote for one day, so I can't speak yet to its quality over time, but after getting crazy frustrated with reprogramming my old one, I truly appreciate how easy this one is to program and that it worked the first time. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by andrewbr Replaced two old remotes that would not program Very pleased with this purchase. Price seems slightly steep for what it is. Two older remotes did not work despite replacing the batteries and re-programming. Opener wouldn't even recognize them. Grabbed this remote and had it programmed and working in less than 3 minutes. Would definitely recommend you purchase this remote. March 4, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Rich Easy programming... worked the first time Sure beats having multiples remotes. 3 buttons are a great feature for multiple doors. Wish there was a unit with 4 buttons. February 16, 2016
You probably have interference from somewhere. I had the same problem, turns out it was the LED light bulb I put in the opener. As a result, the door would always open, but hardly ever close. I called this intermittent, but there clearly was a pattern.
