Here's some of the best reviews & testimonials about the PowerLift 900 garage door opener:
We had this garage door opener installed after our previous Genie garage door opener was no longer working after having it for 8 years. We definitely wanted to buy another Genie product since we were very happy with the previous one. So far we are very happy with our new Genie garage door opener and it works great!
Made In America with great English instructions rather than made in China with poor instructions, Seems to be working perfectly. Had a feature that I didn't know about but really like & the value to cost seems good.
Replaced the same older opener with this one because I was completely satisfied. They are quiet and reliable. The one time I had trouble, customer service was outstanding.
Great door opener. Not hard to install and done most of it by myself. Had an older model and was able to replace it and reuse the old setup. Quieter than the old one and much improved designs for almost all parts.
No you can't use the lift master beams, check and be sure you have the screw drive installed correct I think it has 2 clips that must be just right I don't think you should run the operator until every thing is hooked up I have Installed I can't remember how many never tried to run until ever thing was hooked up Good Luck
It will be on the outer surface of the motor head, or under the light cover. It will be the only one you can press. Some older units have dip switches which look like a row of toggle switches. If so there will be no learn button. Thanks BB
