While on leave from the army, my husband purchased a front entry way door for our rental property from Lisbon Storm, Screen & Door. He was told it would be ready to pick up in four days. No call was given to tell us of any delays so in the afternoon my husband drove over an hour to the store and was told that they didn't have the door and that it wouldn't be ready for an additional five days. I spoke with Eric the manager about this and asked for a discount for the time and ...money that was lost due to their lack of follow up. Eric's recommendation was to contact Chapture 8 housing for compensation. When it was explained to him that our tenants are not Chapture 8 recipients he then curtly retorted, Why should I lose money because of my manufacturer. No apology or attempt at remorse was given. He demonstrated a complete disregard for his customers, their time and resources. His only goal was taking one's money, regardless of the service rendered.
