After tirelessly looking for the right tub shower door to cap off my bath remodel, I purchased the Aston 60 inch stainless steel tub door. This is a top of the line quality door and is very elegant. The instructions suggested using a professional to install, but I was able to perform this task on my own, the instructions were pretty simple to follow along even though the glass was quite heavy, I just took my life and wore gloves that were sticky to prevent the glass from sliding when I lifted it to set on the tub. Even though the door doesn't allow for out plumb adjustment, I was able to overcome that by slightly raising the rail but also keeping it within levelness to not seem noticeable. Since my walls were ceramic tile I used a 5/16 diamond tile blade and for drilling into my tub, which was porcelain, I used titanium drill bits to make my pilot holes before stepping up to a larger titanium bit. If your a DIY you can install this door and you will be happy with the final result.
