Integrity is Everything. I called Sunshine Doors Specialists to do a few jobs, Fix my sliding doors and replace the pool screening. First I was amazed that he was able to provide an estimate on the same date and was able to fix my sliding door at the same time. and I di...d test the door as he noted on his propaganda, "you will be able to open with one finger" and YES, it worked. I was very happy. Days later he was replacing the screening and again the job was impeccable. I am please with this company and for sure i will use them again and refer to my friends. A plus company.

Who ever knew that a garage moter could be \"tuned up\"!! The last company I used did not properly adjust my springs so the motor was working extra hard to open the door which made it stop half way every once in a while. BlackJack came and not only fixed the springs tension... but also lubed all moving parts AND also adjusted the bars that hold my motor so it would not shake while operating! The tremendous attention to details is what's going to make me hire these guys again should I have trouble with my motor in the future. Two Thumbs Up!!

First I must say that he did an excellent job. My motor was broken (the arm was broken) and was told by three other companies that I needed a new motor because they were unable to weld it back due to the type of material. Proposal for a new motor was given to me which ranged... from $3, 500.00 - $4, 200.00. I called Blackjack after reading the reviews. He came and I am still in shock, he welded back the arm and fixed my motor a total cost of $497.00. My gate is working like brand new! Thank you so much. I give you 5 STARS!
