Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by LPDAVIS It works as expected. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. All the parts were in the box and it worked the first time I tried it. The range on the opener is very good. I immediately purchased another one for the other garage door and both are doing very well. I was a little concerned with the "quality" when I saw the price difference in this unit versus other models. Even though it appears to "lightweight" the performance is "all good" up to this time. I first put it together in my basement and then installed it in my garage. Very quiet operation too. After my other door opener breaks I'll buy another one of these. AAA+++ March 20, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by mastelenaut Basic Garage Door Opener My previous garage door failed and I chose this product for its replacement. I have an older single garage door, with folding wood doors. I don't open and close the garage on a regular basis as it is not used to park cars or be used as an auxiliary entry point. The switch and single remote enable me to open the garage door from the front or rear areas. Therefore, based on my needs, an inexpensive unit to open and close the door was all I wanted. The value was suited to my application and instructions for installation well written but care is also needed to observe the images. The only issue with installation, which is not a fault of the product, was the different hole pattern on the header and door brackets from my previous installation. I did have to move holes by drilling the brackets to match my pattern. Appearance is fair and I cannot comment on the longevity of the unit being it is the first purchase by this manufacturer.
