This is a good buy.
Our local stores don't stock louvered doors. Found this one online for a reasonable price. Was shipped to the store in a very strong crate to prevent damage. Store employees were nice and helpful.

Great Door, problem with product description lacking dimensions
On the website I did a product search for 28" x 80" interior door and chose my door from the results. My order confirmation stated "Masonite Plantation Smooth Full Louver Solid Core Primed Pine Interior Door Slab" in full. Note- they left off the most important detail - the dimensions, and I ended up with a 30" x 80" interior door, which I had to return and reorder the 28". Door was good quality; solid.

Very good door for the price
This door is hollow framed with a laminate face on the frame, but quite substantial. A big improvement over the original door it replaced. The packaging for shipping on this door was over the top. The door arrived on a pallet surrounded by an "A frame". It was quite some job to extract the door and disposed of all of that material. The door was primed and thus took paint really well. Overall, I am pleased with this purchase.

Very pretty!
Very pretty door, and very heavy. I can't speak to installation, we had our guy do it as part of a larger project.

Positive change
A friend of mine, who happens to be a Home Depot employee, installed this wonderful door for me in my 1947 house. It totally opened up the kitchen and let in light from the laundry room and back entrance. This door is classy. I would recommend it to anyone to improve the appearance from a solid door. Also added a new coat of Home Depot Behr paint to the walls. Love it!
Nicely Packaged and Prepared for Installation
Purchased four (4) of these doors and was very pleased with their consistency in appearance. They all arrived without any damage. My opening required they be cut down 2 1/2". It would have been nice to be abler to order them to size.

Good Door
Good quality door. We used it as a sliding door for a pantry. Only warning I would give is that the privacy glass only works when things behind the glass are not close up. You can see our shelves and food items in the pantry through the glass because they are only inches from the glass. Still, it is somewhat blurred, so not terrible.

Feather River Door Inspired our New Bathroom
The door was the inspiration to change a tiny 1990's bathroom into a little beauty. We added a decal, which you can see in the photo and the spruce up snow balled. We recessed a previously purchased Glacier Bay oval mirror, replaced the sink and counter top with a Glacier Bay product. The Ralph Lauren suede paint, Veranda wainscot, crown molding and floating shelves made the small room lovely. Even the privacy window covering is a Home Depot product. (We took apart an old shade and made the ... read more Roman Shade ourselves.) But the door was the inspiration that started it all!

Quest for Quality was just Good
Door appears and functions great. Overall the doors appearance was acceptable here are a few things that can be made better. Glass comes protected with a plastic film the annoying thing is that when they install the glass and trim it out, the film is stuck under trim. Yes it can be trimmed off with a razor but it's annoying. Next thing on how the trim around the glass is fasten to door any excellent finish carpenter would take pride in concealing the nails not on this door. The finish carpenter ... read more went loco I think he/she was trying to see how many nails he or she could install on a 3/4" wide trim. This door was unfinished and needed minimal amount of finish sanding. Good overall

love the door
I have bought two of these doors. I stained them and then we hung them. The hardest part was drilling the door knob holes. If you can do that.then you can have an AMAZING door. I get positive comments about mine all the time. I LOVE MINE...and plan to buy more!

Closet Door Project
I ordered four of these doors and had them shipped to my local Home Depot for pickup. The process was easy and went smoothly. The doors were very well packaged and protected. The guys at HD were very helpful getting the large package into my pickup truck. We haven't hung the doors yet because we are working on getting them stained. So far, this process has been easy and the wood in the doors is consistent, which makes the staining process go smoothly.

This product looks great and is made well.
This may not have been an "original" idea" but the solid construction and good looks of these Stevenson and Sons interior doors made them a great solution when deciding on new headboards in our small condo in North Wildwood. The knotty pine doors gave us the natural look we wanted, and the solid construction allowed us to cut them to size. (Just be certain not to cut into any of the interior panels.) The staining and protective finishing was a project worthy of the finished results, and we now ... read more have many of our friends copying the idea. Great product Stevenson and Sons!

Pantry Door is a great enhancement!!!
I saw this door in a newly constructed home and I knew I had to have it. I went home got online and started looking for it. Home Depot came thru and it is a great enhancement to my kitchen. Next I will be ordering the laundry room door just like it.

Great door, just as described. I wish Krosswood would ship to store, but the door arrived very well protected in a wooden frame.

Masonite Cheyene Rocks!
Was a little apprehensive about changing the doors to this one but I am glad we did> The solid door is the way to go! Doors are closing tighter and there is a distinct better feel to this door in comparison to the paper thin doors that most builders use in construction. I ended up hiring a carpenter to make the installation since the house is a 1987 build and there was some adjustments he did that made worth hiring him. 13 doors and four closets including a bi-fold for $1200 at HD was not a bad ... read more buy... I got all the same solid door style, Cheyene, except for a hollow closet door and including the bi-folds.
It is cosmetic but also just as much functional. In older homes with wood frames outside, new windows look like unfinished.
As far as functionality, capping a window is WAY better than using silicone caulk only! Silicone caulk is a bad choice anyways (more so if you're not caulking) because the surfaces have to be perfectly clean.
