Chamberlain's products are well supported as nearly all of their products have instructional videos. Great price, no electrical work needed, and it comes with a battery! One change I would make is the additional of a battery indicator as there is no good way to determine when your battery will die. The backlight dims with time and is a decent indication of battery life but is not that visible during the daytime. Otherwise this product is perfect. April 12, 2016

For $39, the external garage door keypad was a cost effective way t do that and create more convenence for our family. Took 15 minutes to program and install, looks to be well made, we'll see hw it holds up in the Florida sun and with the salt air from the nearby ocean. April 12, 2016

This installed right in the same spot and programming was a breeze. As others have suggested, I would use the installation guide that is provided here on the HD website. March 18, 2016

Have a chamberlain lift master garage door opener with evercharge battery backup red led light on followed by a beep every 30 seconds. Need to find out how to get rid of the beep or fix the problem.
- It sounds like the battery system is not working. How old is the battery, they do eventually, just quit working, and require battery replacement. Extract and test the battery. try an external (different) charger.
