Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JIM Good overall quality and 800 support My installation was very difficult due to cross beams and low clearance of finished ceiling in my garage overhead. other than that just follow simple instructions and/or video. I had concerns about the belt adjustment, so called 800#; no long waits; knowledgeable person walked me thru some adjustments via emailed videos. Opener has been in about a month now and is 10X quieter than old chain drive opener... very smooth and quiet. January 12, 2016

After install, we found out that none of our cars Home-link systems worked with the opener and additional equipment purchase was necessary. It took 3 people and hours and hours of troubleshooting to eventually find out there was not compatability with any of our cars. Tried calling the customer service number and simply got automated instructions. Totally unable to speak to a human being after multiple calls into the number. Did a search online and that led to a site that led us to the conclusion. Love the unit other than it now becomes difficult to use! Buyer beware and check vehicle compatibility if this is important to you! March 19, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Blmnbtrfly1 Very Quiet Door The door works well. A bolt did fall off but that was probably the installers fault. Other than that, is does the job well. I like having the wall control on outside for access without the remote. This is a nice unit. I'm sure my guests love it since it is quieter when they sleep in the room below the garage. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by MichaelR1965 Good opener, bad control board I installed this opener in an afternoon. Good directions. On start up I could not set travel on opener. I called Chamberlain support and they quickly determined a new control was needed. Control board arrived about 6 days later. After installation of new board I could then program travel on door so all is well. I rate this 4 stars. We'll see if it lasts. Operation is perfect for now. April 6, 2016
