Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Horatio Works Great I purchased 2 of these units to replace outdated failed screw drives. The instructions were good but the installation took longer than expected because I had to relocate the ceiling support structure for the drive motors. I thought the wiring for the safety light beam looked fragile and could be damaged by material stored on the floor or sweeping. Therefore, I drilled a 5/16" hole in the side of a spray can cap and installed it using the wing nut on the safety beam assembly. You can still see the green and yellow lights on the safety beam units. See picture below.. January 27, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by ElleDee So Far So Good! I think the opener is a bit pricey, but so far works as it should. Not as super quiet that I thought it would be, but then it's opening a pretty heavy door. Installation takes two people only when you need to hold the opener to the ceiling to secure it. The rest of the time you can use a ladder to rest it on. I have no need for the MYQ technology, so cannot comment on that nor did I attempt to program my vehicles already installed garage opening pad, as I heard it was very difficult and an additional part is needed. So I just used the opener that came with the unit and hung it on my visor... like old school. December 8, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Jo1022 Works Well and is Quiet The opener is quiet and works well. The light is automatic, motion sensed, and is very bright. The opener was simple to install and it was easy to setup the opener buttons for the house and car. December 28, 2015
