Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by klw752 garage dooor remote hard to find anything that works with older garage door openers. Skylink actuator was bought at another store, but you had the remote that worked with it. Thanks January 19, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Garager Easy to program, horrid range I got the Smart Button with keypad, and got this for the other car, Programming was simple (push learn button on Smart Button and then use the opener within 10 sec, voila). But putting my car's nose to the garage door still wasn't close enough, had stick my hand out the car window open the door on a good day, if not get out of the car with the remote and stand in front of door to get the range, This one (G6) had no visor clip, the one's at the competitor's store's do, but they are G5, not compatible with the Smart Button. Google said an AC adaptor may increase the range, but with shipping (not at Home Depot), it'll be another $60+ for that gamble. December 16, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by SimpleReview Easy to set up / good value Nice easy to set up garage door remote. Relatively small. You need to hold the key depressed for 2 secs or so to activate the door which is nice so you do not inadvertently hit the remote and open / close the door. Good feature. Of course you need to also buy the remote receiver/wall switch that communicates with the remote. This is also quite easy to install on your own. February 3, 2014

Universal remotes for garage door openers can be purchased at Sam's Club, Walmart, Sears, and Home Depot. Online retailers are SafeSetc, Wayne Dalton, and The Remote Garage.
This video is great. My problem was that the light didn't go to fast blinking based on the directions for my vehicle. After watching the video, I got the idea to move closer and it worked like a charm!
